What we do

If it has a seat in it, we've probably done one.

Leather, vinyl, cloth and original OEM materials. Seats, headliners, door panels, carpet, convertible tops, consoles and trunk linings — done in-house in Arlington, not shipped out.

Classic Cars & Hot Rods

Keep it historically correct, or build something that was never on the option sheet.

  • Correct-pattern restoration
  • Custom rolled and pleated
  • Convertible tops
  • Vinyl roofs

Modern Vehicles

Worn driver's seat, torn bolster, sagging headliner, cloth you'd rather have in leather.

  • Seat repair and recovering
  • Cloth to leather upgrades
  • Headliners
  • Consoles and carpet

Boats & RVs

Marine-grade materials that survive a Texas summer on the water.

  • Helm and bench seating
  • Cabin and dinette
  • Weather-resistant vinyl
  • Cushions and bolsters

Furniture & Commercial

Residential and commercial work across the Metroplex.

  • Antique chairs and sofas
  • Restaurant booths
  • Medical and office seating
  • Hotel furniture

What customers say

Referrals, repeat trucks and one very happy wife.

Every review below is reproduced word for word, exactly as it was left.

Had the bucket seats in my 2006 Jeep Wrangler reupholstered here this past week and the finished product looks great. Thanks to Gilbert and Ray for taking care of my project.

I've had work done here and these guys are the best. Show quality work hands down. They can do all your upholstery needs on any type of vehicle. Shop around then let Bill's Trim do the final job. You won't be disappointed and they stand behind their work.

David H.

had my seats and carpets in my 2000 Ford F250 replaced and have never been so pleased. Each and every time time my wife get in she says " it's like riding in a brand new truck". We both love the work Bill's did. Thanks guys.

Took 93 Ranger to have drivers seat rebuilt. Ended up having both seats, visors and carpet replaced. Also, replaced headliner that had fallen off years ago. Looks like it came off Showroom floor. EXCELLANT WORK.

I was referred to this place by Don Davis Collision Center and my experience was pleasant. Ray quoted me a fair price to replace the center consol of my Maxima because I wasn't happy with the work done on it prior. Only took a day to finish and came out looking better than before. For what I needed done I would recommend this place.

Quick, honest & very polite people here who love what they do! They changed out my convertible Top within a day & took great care of my car!

Henry V.

They installed my vinyl top for my 1972 el Camino and did a superior job. We couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you

Had a Center console in my 12' Tahoe LTZ and I could have just let them handle it all but I had purchased a replacement cover and I dropped it off that morning, then picked it up around 3:00 and she looks fantastic. Called on my Wife's seats and need to find out what that's gonna run. But fantastic interior services!

Did a great job on tacking my upholstery & carpet in place, and getting the driver's side pillar put back into place. And adjusting the shift boot to stay in place. Reasonable too. Very pleased I took my car there.

Since 1955

Same trade, same family, three generations deep.

Bill's opened in 1955 and has been an Arlington fixture ever since. The work has changed — there are more headliners and fewer convertible tops than there used to be — but the way it gets done hasn't. One shop, in-house, by people who have been doing it long enough to know what a pattern is supposed to look like.

Shop around, then let Bill's do the final job.

That line came from a customer, not from us. It's a fair summary of how most people find the shop: they get a couple of quotes, they see the work, and they come back.
